    There have been a lot of studies on the benefits of higher doses of melatonin for many different health reasons. I use it every night to help me get sleepy. You can also only use it occasionally as needed or when you’re traveling to different time zones. The trick is to take it 15 or 20 minutes before bed and have the lights dim and phone off and be in bed. He will definitely Get sleepy I suggest starting with half a tablet because some people have crazy dreams with melatonin or feel groggy in the morning. So check it out for yourself. It works great for me. I used to take one milligram but now I take this 3 mg tablet. It also has  GABA, taurine, glycine & B-6 (all good stuff to help you get sleepy!)
